NBL Securities signed An agreement with Dse

An agreement has been signed between Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited, NBL Securities Limited, SK Advisory FZLLC and LEADS Corporation Limited on November 30 at Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited. Techetron Venture Limited, the technology partner of NBL Securities Limited arrange the event whereas SK Advisory FZ LLC based in UAE will provide ZagTrader, a world-renowned Order Management Systems (OMS) to NBL Securities Limited to facilitate its customer to access an automated trading platform for executing transactions with the stock exchanges and LEADS Corporation Limited will play as local support for the process. NBL Securities Limited is planning to implement ZagTrader with the technological help from Techetron Venture Limited to enhance its capacity to reach retail investors to facilitate capital market investment and widen the investor base of Bangladesh.

During the signing ceremony, Mr. Saifur Rahman Mazumdar FCA, FCMA, Managing Director (Acting) DSE, Mr. Zobayed Al-Mamun Hasan, Managing Director, NBL Securities Limited, Mr. Manna Shome, Vice President & CEO, NBL Securities Limited, Mr. Md. Tariqul Islam, GM ICT Division of DSE, Mr. Said Mahmud Zubayer, Head of Product & Market Development of DSE, Mr. Anisur Rahman Khan Chief Marketing Officer of LEADS Corporation Limited and Mr. Nizam Uddin Ahmed, Project Manager of Techetron Venture Limited were present.
